Yes. Submit a Skill in Markdown, a ZIP up to 4 MB, or a public GitHub repository through Publish a Skill for a free compatibility check and conversion. Generated apps are private to you by default; a public listing requires review. Parts that rely on local software or scripts will not automatically run on the website.
